]]> The HIGH SPEED PILLAR PRESSES 4M and with mobile plate 4MT can be supplied with speed and force according to the needs of the customer.

Presses for straightening, bending, drawing, trimming, beading, broaching, shrinking, extruding, fastening

The commands are:

  • Manual
  • Automatic for serial production.

The structures are made of welded steel and normalized before machining, guide bearings are treated to be self-lubricating, stems and rods are made of chromed, or hardened, steel and rectified.

The hydraulic system is fully executed with high quality interchangeable valves according to ISO standards.

The version 4MT provides a movable plan to allow the assembly of various molds, guided by four support columns which in this case are chromed or hardened and ground.

On request, can be supplied with stroke control with a potentiometer.

(Models 4 M and 4MT can be supplied in versions with capacity from 50 kN to 2500 kN)
