Removing risers machine

The removing risers machine is designed to remove the risers of the foundry castings. This type of machine replaces the traditional process with hydraulic wedges and allows the entire operation to be carried out in a few seconds with a significant productivity advantage. A further advantage of the removing risers machine is the greater ergonomics which reduces operator fatigue.

Press with Heated Plates for Celluloid Blocks

Press of 2500 kN with heated plates to produce blocks of celluloid and PVC

These presses allow the production of cellulose acetate blocks to obtain the best quality eyeglass frames. The frame obtained from the block differs from others that can be obtained by gluing a colored film, because it is completely made with colored acetate that maintains its brightness and color over time.

In the operating cycle it is envisaged that the acetate in granular or plate form, placed on steel plates, is inserted into the two compartments of the machine, once the compartments are closed, the acetate is kept under pressure and subjected to a thermal cycle ( heated, kept in temperature and then cooled).

At the end of the cycle, the block iobtained can be unloaded from the machine compartments.

For the production of glued products we propose presses with heating plates.

Corrugator

The corrugator is a machine that allows production of expansion joints. These joints are used for joining pipes.

The machine obtains joints by producing waves on a metal tube, each wave is created with the compression of a rubber, inside the tube, which induces localized expansion of the tube, the precision of the compression is possible by means of a servo-controlled piston. The working parameters for each type of joints are set on the machine computer, so they can be associated with a product code and stored.

Pressing Portals for Railway Bogies

PRESSING PORTALS FOR RAILWAY BOGIES are machines composed by a gantry bridge on which are housed two hydraulic pressers with a thrust of 200 kN each one. The lower part is connected to rails that allows the moving of the bogie and is equipped with bogie positioning devices. The function of the portal is to reproduce in the workshop, by means of the thrust of the pressers, the position and the stresses of the under-chassis in driving conditions and allows the disassembly, assembly and testing of the railway bogies.

The pressers and the positioning devices can be transferred in suitable positions for each bogie, the position of each element is displayed on a monitor. For railway trucks equipped with oscillating girder with fifth wheel couplings very small, the portal allows to work with a single presser transferred to the center. To ensure the passage of locomotives or whole carriages the pressing portal can be realized with two movable girders.

Multi-station Assembly Machine

We produce special machines for special needs, such as the machine for the producing of a component for the gearbox of cars. The machine fits a metal cap (cloche) on the metal rods that have at the top a portion of rubber, after the insertion of the cap in the rubber portion, the cap is appropriately deformed to prevent its extraction.

The machine ensures high productivity, because it works on more stations and in each one is performed an operation, from the positioning of the stem to the cap, to its insertion for deformation and finally the measurement, all occur simultaneously.
