Our DEEP DRAWING PRESSES PCDE – PCTE are autonomous and fast.

Constituted by:

– Structure formed by electrowelded and normalized sheet steel. Structure is embedded with hardened steel guideways for mobile plate sliding.

– Mobile plate fully guided on adjustable gibs with slide ways made of synthetic material, at the bottom are provided T-slots for attaching molds.

– Main cylinder, blank-holder and third action in the PCTE.

– Hydraulic system formed by a variable capacity pump in semi-closed circuit. This system allows to obtain high speed and braking in very short spaces.

Possibility to vary the speed even in the working phase, acting on a potentiometer, without throttling the pipes and thus obtaining a saving of energy.

Possibility to modulate different pressures during the work phase.

Programming of the work cycle is on discretion of the operator.
