Our Straightening presses have the peculiarity to have the piston stroke totally controlled.
Depending on requirements, we provide swan neck straightening presses model PICA-R or portal presses model PAP-R.
We can also supply 4-pillar presses for straightening small parts (4MT-R).
The operator can change the piston stroke through two potentiometers on which can set the stroke value to be performed.
These presses are particularly suitable to straightening parts to circular shape or special sections and allow the operator to control the deformation to be set on the workpiece, based on the initial deformation existing in the part itself.
The presses allow to return to the set stroke positions with very close tolerances.
This characteristic allows the operator to perform, if necessary, several strokes without modifying the set value.
This avoids to swage on the workpiece an uncontrolled deformation, passing over the zero line of the part itself.
