LEAF-SPRING TESTING MACHINES with nominal load up to 500 kN are characterized by a vertical servo-controlled actuator which presses the leaf and allows the measurements of the free height, camber, deflection by means of a potentiometer and the force exerted by load cells.
The trolleys where the leaf spring is placed are set for detecting the chord and the semi chords and they can be equipped with a transducer to detect the spring eye parallelism. It is possible to install a floating plan on the actuator to detect the planarity of the first leaf of the laminated spring. Inside the base of the machine there are automatic supports allowing the testing of the double layer laminated springs and springs with triple flexibility.
For leaf springs with exceeding height than the standard is possible to perform a Scrag procedure with self-learning to re-enter within the required parameters, which reduces the execution time.
We can supply machinery with robotized loading for production lines.
